Really enjoyed the course. We have 2 boards for our fitness gym, and we will hopefully be building a yoga course strictly around the GiBoard. I'd love to see some more videos and education on different moves on the board. How do those get released to the general public? Thank you!

I appreciate that each exercise has a short video. I could practice without having to worry about one long video continuing to play while I was working on the board.

Wow! Perfect for personal trainers and/ore coaches who are eager to integrate the GiBoard into training sessions. There's enough material to to create an entire class dedicated exclusively to the GiBoard! Either way, adding Slackfit to your skillset can set a trainer apart from the competition. Great for 1 on 1, small group or an entire team!
